PixelIslandAIDeleting your data
You can stop PixelIslandAI using any of your accounts at any time, and ask us to delete everything we hold about you.
1. Disconnect an account in PixelIslandAI
Open Setup (in the account menu, or Connections → Manage connections). Under Posting to your social media, press Disconnect next to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or X. Under Your Google account, press Disconnect Google; under Leads → Details, Disconnect Gmail. The connection's access tokens are deleted straight away and nothing more is posted or sent there.
2. Remove PixelIslandAI in the platform itself
- Facebook and Instagram: in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find PixelIslandAI and choose Remove. In Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → PixelIslandAI → Remove access.
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → PixelIslandAI → Remove.
- X: Settings and privacy → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps → PixelIslandAI → Revoke app permissions.
- Google and YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → PixelIslandAI → Remove access.
Removing access there stops the app working with that account even if you don't disconnect it in PixelIslandAI first.
3. Delete everything we hold
Email info@pixelisland3d.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject Delete my data, and say which business account it is. We delete your account, its posts, drafts, documents, opportunities and connections from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email. Files in your own Google Drive stay yours: delete them there if you want them gone too.
If someone contacted you through PixelIslandAI and you want your details removed, write to the same address with the email or phone number concerned; we'll delete them and make sure you aren't contacted through PixelIslandAI again.
