Terms of Service

Effective 4 October 2026 · Privacy policy · Deleting your data

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name], [postal address] ("PixelIslandAI", "we", "us") for using PixelIslandAI, a web app that helps businesses plan, write, design and publish social media posts and find and contact new opportunities. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you agree for that business and confirm you may do so.

1. Your account

2. What the app does, and what you remain responsible for

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PixelIslandAI to:

We may pause or remove content, connections or accounts that break these rules.

4. Connected services

When you connect Google, Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X or Metricool, your use of them is also governed by their own terms. They can change or limit what apps may do; when they do, a feature may stop working until we adapt it. We aren't responsible for those services.

5. Fees and AI budget

Each business account has a monthly budget for AI processing. Some features (for example paid web search) are only available where we've switched them on. If paid plans apply to you, their prices and payment terms are shown before you buy, and you agree to them separately.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep PixelIslandAI available and your data backed up, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features; if we make a change that significantly reduces what you've paid for, we'll tell you in advance.

7. Ending

You can stop using PixelIslandAI and ask us to delete your account at any time (see deleting your data). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk, and will tell you why where we can.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, PixelIslandAI is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for what third-party platforms do. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. If we change them, we'll update this page and the date at the top, and tell account owners about significant changes before they apply. Questions: info@pixelisland3d.com.
